Mr and Mrs Jackson

Anna & Al JacksonAl and Anna have found setting goals and training together great for their bodies and their relationship.

Many of their clients train as a couple or individually and find their goals more achievable with that extra motivation and even sometimes gentle competition.

Celebrity couple Denise Van Outen and Lee Mead have trained with Al individually for separate goals and found that common interest inspired them both to train harder - Lee for his role in 'Wicked!' and Denise for her post-baby Charity trek to the summit of Machu Pichu.
